Are you wanting to improve your fitness, keep your diabetes at bay, recovering from an injury, gain more movement, start a healthier lifestyle or simply need kick start to get you moving again? If you answered yes to any of these questions above then this program is for you! We are offering a 4 week program that consists of 2 mornings per week to help you get on your way to leading a healthier lifestyle. These groups will be no more than 12 people so we can give each individual the attention they require. Classes will be fun and outdoor based. The sessions will be running in the Ocean Reef area.
