For example, if you have any underlying conditions that contribute to infertility (such as stress, obesity, diabetes and/or polycystic ovarian syndrome), then our program can help increase your fertility probability through exercise, education & personalised advice.
We can help you maintain your fitness level throughout pregnancy, reduce your risk factors to chronic disease such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc. as well as prepare the body for labour and birth.
