January 2016 will see the launch and availability of our new unique evidence-based program “Baby On Board” – sponsored by LiveLighter. This health and fitness program has been designed for those women whom are trying to conceive (even those who may have difficulty), those who are pregnant and for women who have had their bundle of joy (postpartum).

Our goal is to educate women in healthy lifestyle choices before, during and after pregnancy, to provide them with the best source of information and potential outcomes for both mother and baby.

In this program you will initially receive:

  • 2 Consultations with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (either Face to Face or Skype)
  • Individualised Month Fitness Program – allows you to workout with your preferred exercise/s whenever and wherever you like

As the program is ongoing on a monthly basis – until you wish to stop – you will continue to receive:
